The track will appear on Lyrical Lemonade’s forthcoming LP All Is Yellow
Jack Harlow and British rapper Dave collaborated on a new single, “Stop Giving Me Advice.” The track is part of Lyrical Lemonade’s forthcoming album, All Is Yellow, out Jan. 26, 2024 via Lyrical Lemonade/Def Jam Recordings.
The stylish music video for the song, shot in London, was helmed by Cole Bennett, who runs Lyrical Lemonade. The clip sees the pair performing the song solo and together in various locations, including in a London taxi and on a street new the Gherkin building. It was shot in black and white with fitting yellow flourishes.
“Stop Giving Me Advice” is the fourth track to emerge from All Is Yellow. Bennett’s label previously shared “Hello There,” a collaboration between Corbin, Lil Tracy, and Black Kray, “Doomsday” with Juice WRLD and Cordae, and “Guitar In My Room” with Lil Durk and Kid Cudi.
Last month, Harlow dropped “Lovin on Me,” a single he said is the beginning of a new chapter of his career. “Thank u for allowing me to reset this year,” he wrote on social media. “I moved back to Kentucky and gave u an album I could not have made on the road. Surrounded by family & childhood friends this has been one of the happiest years of my life. But now… a new era begins.”
The rapper also performed during halftime at the Detroit Lions’ traditional Thanksgiving Day NFL game. During the show at Ford Field Harlow showcased “Whats Poppin,” off his 2020 album Thats What They All Say, as well as “Industry Baby” and “First Class.”
