Former Fixer Upper star Clint Harp has found a buyer for his charming home in Waco, Texas, and they’re getting a nice discount on the famous property.

According to online property sites, the carpenter, podcast host, author and star of Magnolia Network’s Renovation Road first listed his house for $650,000 on April 8, 2024. He reduced the asking price to $550,000 on May 17, and subsequently accepted an offer. The deal went into pending status on June 27.

The final selling price is not yet publicly known. If Harp received his asking price, it will break down to $201 per square foot and a monthly payment of $4,174.

According to Realtor.com, the Harp House appeared on Season 1 of Fixer Upper, when series mainstays Joanna and Chip Gaines helped Harp and his wife, Kelly, undertake a renovation of the historic home.
