Capcom has unveiled a few surprises for those looking to pick up the physical edition of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster. Not only is the physical edition available now for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, but there’s also new content updates to Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster in the brand new “Casual” difficulty, as well as a demo available for prospective buyers.
For players looking to casually enjoy their time at Willamette Parkview Mall, the brand new Casual difficulty allows players an exhilarating and less challenging way to experience Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster. Available across all three game modes, including 72 Hour Mode, Overtime Mode and Infinity Mode, Casual difficulty increases Frank’s attack power, and reduces damage taken for Frank and survivors and more to give players who are new to Dead Rising a more “relaxed” playthrough.
And with the new PlayStation 5 Pro available, upgrades are also now available that introduce enhanced raytracing support throughout the game, all at a 60 FPS frame rate.
Lastly, there’s the new demo now live across PC via Steam and consoles, which allows players to enjoy the beginning of the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster story. However, some aspects of the demo will differ from the full version, and you won’t be able to transfer your save data from the demo to the full game.
