Love During Lockup Season 3: Meet The Cast
The new season of Love During Lockup is here and oftentimes, the good cast members move on to Love After Lockup. This could very well happen with the couples gathered for the new season but time will tell. So, who is giving incarcerated love a chance? According to In Touch Weekly, six new couples are seeing if they can make it work. First off is Kate and Hunter who dated for a year before he got locked up in 2022. His crimes include DUIs, driving with a suspended license, identity theft, forgery, shoplifting, credit card theft, second-degree burglary, and aggravated assault.
Kate really cares for Hunter but he may not be the best for her:
“I definitely consider myself a con man when it comes to women. I just hope it doesn’t blow up in my face.”
Then, there is Tia and Rob but he is giving off red flags already. He wants strippers at his welcome home party so that could be a relationship ender. Bradly was Savannah’s weed dealer and they fell hard for one another and then he got locked up. The biggest issue is they have never been sober together so her family does not want her to backslide. They also fear he could be using her.
MJ and Willie were friends before but married other people, got divorced, he went to jail, and then reached out to her. Things were fine but she cheated with her ex and now, she is tempted again which could be the end of her relationship. Love During Lockup’s Sam met Krystal through a pen pal site and married her knowing that she had seven years left to do behind bars. He has become close with her aunt who is now jealous of his marriage (hey, Donna).
The Last Couple
Finally, the last couple on Love During Lockup are Jakeema and Donny. This is not Jakeema’s first rodeo dating inmates and she found Donny on TikTok. The single mother sent him a message and the rest is history between the two of them. More so, Jakeema moved her sons from Texas to Ohio to be closer to her inmate love. However, a red flag is waving as Donny likes to send Jakeema money so she is questioning where it is coming from. Is he dealing drugs on the inside?
