Omar Osbourne is the President of Catskills Pride, a dedicated advocate for fostering inclusivity, visibility, and celebration within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Omar earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies before pursuing his MBA in Economics: Global Business and Finance at CUNY Brooklyn College. His professional expertise blends strategic leadership, financial acumen, and community engagement—skills he brings to his role in guiding Catskills Pride’s mission and growth.
Outside of his professional and advocacy work, Omar enjoys immersing himself in nature, hosting lively gatherings, tending to his yard, and catching up on episodes of Grey’s Anatomy. He currently resides in the charming town of Barryville, New York, where he continues to build connections and inspire pride within the community.
