The Bachelor In Paradise couples remaining are faced with challenges each week that test their strength as a couple. The challenge winners get alone time together and play a crucial role in the next elimination.
Keith and Kathy teamed up for the treasure hunt challenge where one was in locked in a box and had to be rescued by the other. The twist was they could only communicate via walkie-talkie.
Many of the couples struggled to work the walkie-talkies. Some fans were amused by Kathy and Keith’s tactic of saying “period” and “question mark” when speaking through the devices, similar to how people use voice-to-text translations.
“This is the most golden thing ever. Saying the punctuation like they are voice texting,” one fan wrote. Another added, “I love them!”
A third fan said that it was actually very smart of the couple, even if they didn’t win the challenge.
“They can’t also express tone so they have to make it clear when it’s a question or a statement lol. Honestly good way to communicate in the situation!”
