Jason Aldean Breaks Down Luke Bryan’s Mass Appeal [EXCLUSIVE]

Luke Bryan has long crossed over from just a country star to a household name among most demographics in America, and according to his pal Jason Aldean, there is a distinct reason he has been able to connect with so many people.

Aldean was a guest on Taste of Country Nights, where I asked him to tell me what it is about Bryan that makes him so universally beloved.

Aldean said, “The thing I love about Luke the most is there’s no filter on him — at all, which I think fans may know that by now. He’s just a guy that, if it’s on his mind, it comes out of his mouth.”

Aldean explained how that makes Bryan loved and adored by most people, because he holds nothing back and is always open and honest. If he thinks it, it doesn’t go through a filter before it gets to his mouth; it just comes out.

Why Are We Attracted More to People Who Have No Filter?

We seem to be more intrigued by people that hold our attention due to the fact that we want to see what they’ll say next.

According to the National Institutes of Health, dopamine neurons respond strongly to unexpected outcomes, not just rewards. That means the brain reacts most strongly when something is different than expected.

Aldean joked, “I always tell him, ‘It is impressive to me how you can say something, I can say the same thing, yet it’s funny when you say it and it’s front-page news when I say it. It’s very impressive how you can do that.'”
