Kim Kardashian is going through a lot right now. Not only did her Grandma pass away, but now fans are calling her out for one of her latest social media posts. Keep reading to find out what has everyone mad at the reality TV star this time.
Kim Kardashian Loses Her Grandma
The other day, Kris Jenner and her daughters took to social media to share the passing of MJ Campbell. MJ was Kris Jenner’s mom and Kim’s Grandma.
Both Kris and Kim shared heartfelt posts about MJ and shared sweet pictures of her too. It was clear that they were going to miss this iconic woman in their life. She had helped shape who they were and who they would continue to be.
Kim’s post talks about how her grandma was one of her best friends, her gossip buddy, and her twin.
“My sweet Grandma MJ, my best friend, my gossip buddy, my forever twin… You taught all of us the importance of family, and those values are something we’ll carry with us forever!!!!! You were the woman who showed me what it meant to be a hardworking businesswoman. You gave me my very first job at your store in San Diego and taught me lessons about work ethic, strength, and confidence that I’ve carried with me ever since. You always believed in me, championed me, and were my safe place.”
However, despite the sweet message, fans are still roasting Kim Kardashian.
Kim’s Vacation Post
On the same day of MJ’s passing, Kim had another social media post go up on her feed that has fans questioning what’s going on with the star. It seems that, more than likely, it was a scheduled post.
The post was of herself and her family at the lake. In the photos, she was on the water, drinking and having fun. Of course, this could seem insensitive; however, as mentioned above, it seems likely this is a scheduled post. Since Kim has so many followers and businesses to run, it’s not shocking that she would schedule posts to go out. And, of course, she had no idea that her Grandma would pass that day.
However, fans let her know how they felt in the comments:
- Kim, there are people that are dying
- Wow you guys look really brokenhearted 💔 So you are celebrating her death I mean life? Thoughtful!
- Scheduling ads are one thing, but who scedules personal posts???
- Public relations messed up
While most people were negative, a small handful were supportive of Kim:
- Don’t feel you have to justify your post timing! Whether or not this was scheduled, when a loved one dies, life still continues and it’s ok to love, laugh and smile. ❤️
