The Today Show‘s fourth hour has always had a reputation for the hosts oversharing. Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones continue that tradition daily on the morning program. On Tuesday, August 4, the topic turned to a grooming habit that nearly every woman hates: leg shaving.
Actress Keke Palmer recently joked that she rarely shaved her legs. Jenna and Sheinelle showed a clip of the interview and shared their personal grooming habits. Sheinelle Jones shocked Jenna Bush Hager by confessing that she couldn’t remember the last time she shaved. “I don’t get hair on my legs,” she said, to her co-host’s disbelief.
Jenna Bush Hager Admires Co-Host’s ‘Silky Smooth’ Legs, Cops A Feel
Jenna Bush Hager couldn’t believe what she was hearing. She asked Sheinelle permission to feel her leg. Sheinelle Jones said yes without hesitation, but warned her co-host that she had tights on under her clothes.
“Wow. She’s like a hairless cat,” Jenna Bush Hager said after copping a feel of Sheinelle’s leg. “I am so jealous of how soft and hairless of a cat you are. You have very silky smooth legs. … I am so jealous of how soft and hairless of a cat you are.”
Jenna said she wouldn’t let Sheinelle feel her hairy leg until the commercial break. “I’m hairier than you and I shaved this morning,” she explained. But moments later, she let Sheinelle feel her leg after Sheinelle promised not to judge.
However, Sheinelle Jones started laughing after feeling Jenna Bush Hager’s leg. Jenna defended her hairy legs, saying she didn’t get the “back” of her legs that morning because she was at the gym. She had her co-host feel the front of her legs. “That’s good,” Sheinelle said before asking if Jenna shaves “in pockets,” meaning only certain areas at a time.
Sheinelle Jones changed the topic slightly and recalled a recent interview they did with Keke Palmer. “We interviewed Keke. I talked to her about her legs, remember? I’m like, ‘Oh, my god. They look great. You do Pilates.’ Remember? Her legs are like — I don’t see any hair on them.”
Jenna Bush Hager said that someone off-camera wanted them to stop talking about their hairy legs because it was “boring.” However, social media disagreed.
