SpaceX Rocket Crashes Randy Houser’s Performance [Watch]

Randy Houser was left stunned after SpaceX crashed one of his recent performances.

The country singer turned to social media to share some incredible content that was captured when a rocket sailed across the sky above the outdoor stage at Temecula Stampede right in the middle of one of his songs.

“Does anybody know what this is flying over our show?” he writes in the caption of his post, tagging both SpaceX and NASA.

The first photo shows the stage lit up in purple lights, with Houser front and center. Just above the roof is a bright light streaking across the sky, with a large tail following behind. The moment was not planned, but if it was, the “Country Back” singer would certainly go down in the history books for putting on one of the coolest shows.

Sammy Hagar Captures SpaceX Rocket in the Sky

Although SpaceX has yet to confirm that one of their vessels was visible in California sky on the night of June 23, the teardrop tail is a telltale sign of the company’s launches. They’re big and beautiful and can be seen for miles. SpaceX’s website confirms there was a Starlink launch on Sunday, June 23.

Rocker Sammy Hagar also witnessed the same night sky phenomenon and captured it on video. In a clip — filled with NSFW language — the singer can’t believe what he is seeing in the sky.

“OK, this s–t just happened around 8:55 in my Southern California sky. This is no bulls–t. This is a freaking rocket launch,” he writes alongside the video. “Check the two bright dots in its wake. Those were two jets or whatever following it. How fu–ing fast was this thing going and how can those two jets keep up? I just read it was a launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base.”

“SpaceX launch,” Houser writes in the comments. “Went right over our stage last night.”
