Bachelorette Star Gets Heartbreaking News About Family Member
Kaitlyn Bristowe has lived her life in public since she was on The Bachelor in 2015. She didn’t find love with Chris Soules but got a second chance as The Bachelorette. During her relationship with Jason, they adopted two Golden Retrievers together, Ramen and Pinot. When Jason and Kaitlyn broke up, they planned to co-parent the dogs. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out, and the dogs live with Kaitlyn full-time in her home in Nashville, Tennessee. Jason has since adopted a dog of his own.
Kaitlyn Bristowe shared on social media that she got bad news about her dog, Pinot, during a vet appointment. “We thought Pinot maybe just had a big heart because he’s so sweet. But it turns out my baby has heart disease. I’m a mess. He’s the sweetest dog I’ve ever met,” she wrote.

She revealed that she had a panic attack after getting the heartbreaking news. Kaitlyn Bristowe opened up in the past about her mental and physical health struggles.
“I am now waiting to see if it’s genetic or something we can treat. Either way they did not give great news,” she shared about Pinot’s prognosis. The reality star candidly admitted to struggling with the news.
I have worked so hard on my coping skills when it comes to bad things happening, but between step dad and dog, my heart feels sad,” Kaitlyn wrote. She asked fans to share positive experiences with dogs who have been diagnosed with heart disease.
