Over the last several years, rising Puerto Rican artist Eix has built out his sound and attracted new fans through his enthusiastic live performances and notable collaborations with the likes of Kiko El Crazy, Rauw Alejandro, De La Ghetto, Guaynaa and others. Decades have done nothing to diminish the impact of Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, the grim serial killer thriller that launched the careers of star Michael Rooker and director John McNaughton. Now the pair are looking to do it again with the vigilante film Road Rage. Per Deadline, Road Rage is intended to be the first in a series. The film “will center on a serial killer who only kills those who deserve to die—presenting a modern hero who is a bad guy gone good, protecting the innocent and punishing the guilty.” “I’d wanted to work with Michael Rooker again since Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, but we…

Photography by Getty Images Say no to bloomers! By Annika Lautens Date June 23, 2022 Facebook Twitter If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times: I love period dramas. I binged Bridgerton in two days. I will defend Colin Firth as the best Mr. Darcy until the day I die. And I have marked the release of Netflix’s adaptation of Jane Austen’s Persuasion on my calendar. I refuse to see them as guilty pleasures because I believe that if they bring me unbridled joy, why should I feel guilty about that? So when fashion began to get…

In the six years since Megadeth released their last album, Dystopia, Dave Mustaine has survived a cancer scare, a global pandemic, and his 60th birthday. This summer, the steadfast speed-metal pioneers will put out its 16th album, The Sick, the Dying … and the Dead!, a typically breakneck thrashathon that musicians a third of Mustaine’s age would struggle to keep up with. Did Mustaine have any reservations about the album title, a Black Plague reference he picked before Covid-19 became the new plague? “No,” he says on a Zoom from Switzerland, where the band is on tour. “For me to…
