Breaking this afternoon, Amazon announced plans to close all 68 of its physical stores, pop ups, and other shops carrying books, toys, and home goods. This applies to those both in the US and across the UK. Amazon, which began with books, is choosing to pursue other offline ventures. They’re going to focus on opening more grocery retailers and develop a department store concept. First shown off last year, NECA is celebrating 40 years of The Evil Dead with a brand new Ash Williams figure, depicting Bruce Campbell as he was seen in the original horror classic. Hulu has unveiled the first trailer for its upcoming limited series The Girl From Plainville, which recounts the true-crime story of Michelle Carter and her role in coercing the suicide of her boyfriend. Elle Fanning stars as Carter, and the series is set to premiere March 29.
