Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have kept the majority of their 7-year marriage private, but on their wedding anniversary, the couple took to Instagram to gush about the other and how deeply in love they remain. Madden shared a post in tribute to his wife and mother of his daughter Raddix Madden, whom they announced the birth of a year ago.
“Today 7 years married ️,” Madden wrote. “Always dreamed of having a family like this. Happy, peaceful, consistent, loyal and unconditional equally filled with passion and depth. Calling it a Honeymoon doesn’t cover it. Real life. The only real challenge we have is making time go slower cause life goes by fast in the happy lane, Always and forever knowing we are home @camerondiaz Happy Anniversary I love you!️️️”

Diaz spoke about motherhood in April 2020. “I love being a mother. It’s the best, best, best part of my life,” she said, per Entertainment Tonight. “I’m so grateful and so happy and it’s the best thing ever and I’m so lucky to do it with Benj and we’re having the best time. I’m thrilled. I can’t believe it.”

She raved about Madden as a dad and partner. “He’s so good,” she said. “He’s such an amazing father. I’m so lucky he’s my baby’s father. He’s incredible. He puts her down and I go into the kitchen and I pour myself a nice glass of red wine. I start my cooking, I put on my show, whatever it is.”
In the couple’s announcement of their daughter’s birth, the two shared that they would be keeping her life private. “While we are overjoyed to share this news, we also feel a strong inclination to protect our little one’s privacy,” they wrote. “So we won’t be posting pictures or sharing any more details, other than the fact she is really, really cute!! Some would even say RAD :)”
