Scheana Shay isn’t letting Raquel Leviss‘ restraining order get in her way of attending the Vanderpump Rules reunion on Thursday.
As we’ve been reporting, there have been a lot of logistics to hammer out when it came to the Season 10 reunion, more than usual thanks to Raquel’s temporary restraining order. If you hadn’t heard, the former pageant queen accused her co-star of punching her! Supposedly Scheana threw hands after learning of Raquel’s affair with Tom Sandoval — who was in a longtime relationship with their friend Ariana Madix. Following the altercation, Raquel was granted a restraining order that forces Scheana to remain 100 yards away. Although Scheana (along with other former castmates) claims she never attacked and injured Raquel, the SUR waitress insists she was left with a “permanent scar” on her eyebrow from the incident.

Obviously, the restraining order complicated things for producers when it came to the reunion episode. Making things more tricky? Raquel confirmed that she’s attending the reunion in person — just days after the 37-year-old said on her Scheananigans podcast that she is “fully intending on being there in person” too! Oof.
So where does that leave Scheana? Of course, Bravo producers are going to want Raquel there more than Scheana considering she is at the center of the Scandoval, as well as other drama during the season so far. But with the legal drama, the mom of one will want to share as much as she can about her side of the story. Plus, we know VPR fans are going to want to see both of them in attendance somehow!
Fortunately, Scheana doesn’t plan on missing out on the reunion just because Raquel is attending! Not even the restraining order will stop her from being in the room – well, somewhat! Her attorney, Neama Rahmani, told Page Six that the reality star will be attending the reunion taping, but she plans on staying 100 yards away from Raquel at all times, as the guidelines of the restraining order dictate:
“Scheana will be present at today’s filming in person. Scheana intends to follow the law, but she wants to be part of the reunion. If Rachel attends, Scheana and Vanderpump Rules will make sure that Scheana remains 100 yards away to comply with the restraining order.”
Um, what?? What are they going to do, film on a football field??
The lawyer then noted that there is “no real way” for the restraining order to be dropped before the reunion begins filming. Therefore, it will stay in place until their court hearing on March 29:
“It will just lapse if Rachel doesn’t pursue it. And if Rachel does pursue it, Scheana intends to call witnesses and present evidence to disprove her false accusations.”
So what does this mean for filming? Both Variety and TMZ confirmed Raquel and Scheana will be switching places throughout the day. A source close to production told TMZ that when Raquel is filming with Andy Cohen and the rest of the cast, Scheana will remain in her hair and makeup trailer and watch a live feed of what’s going down on set. Then, the two will switch — meaning when Scheana needs to film, the 28-year-old will head to her trailer.
That should be inneresting… Could you imagine the cameras cutting to Scheana screaming at the screen depending on what Raquel says? Or will we not get any footage or reactions from their trailers? (OMG trailer cam needs to happen! Write a letter to your local representative!) Will her hubby Brock Davies relay some of her opinions about the situation to Raquel’s face whenever the cast films without Scheana instead?
Obviously, it won’t be the same as having them both in the same room to go OFF on each other. But most people will be happy that the two will be involved in the reunion in some way! As of this writing, the reunion filming hasn’t started — but Andy did film some solo interviews on Wednesday with Sandoval, Raquel, and Ariana. We cannot wait to see those!
