Keanu Reeves Made A Rare Red Carpet Appearance With Girlfriend

The very private couple made their first public appearance in three years, while stepping out for the annual MOCA Gala over the weekend.

Keanu and Alexandra, who typically shy away from the spotlight, held hands as they walked the carpet at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.

And TBH, they looked more in love than ever!

The duo made their first “official” red carpet appearance back in 2019 — but it turns out they’ve been dating a lot longer than that.

Keanu and Alexandra have actually been friends for over a decade, collaborating on projects like Keanu’s 2011 book, Ode to Happiness, and 2016’s Shadows.

And according to Alexandra’s friend, actress Jennifer Tilly, the duo had already been dating for a “couple of years” when they made their red carpet debut.

“I remember a couple of years ago, about a year and a half ago, [Alexandra] said, ‘Keanu Reeves is my boyfriend,’ and I’m like, ‘Wait. What? What? What?'” Jennifer told Page Six in early 2020.

Since then, the couple haven’t shared too much information about their relationship, although Alexandra admits the attention she got when they went public was “fascinating.”

“I think every single person I knew called me in the first week of November, and that’s fascinating. But the question I’ve been asking in all of this is: ‘What is the opportunity for good?'” Alexandra told Vogue.

I have no doubt that Keanu and Alexandra have been collaborating on their next project to make a change in the world, and I can’t wait to see it!
