Maybe next time he’ll think before he cheats? Khloé Kardashian has not held back when it comes to her relationship with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

Two days before the reality star gave birth to daughter True in Cleveland on April 12, 2018, footage surfaced of the NBA star kissing and cozying up to another woman. Us Weekly confirmed later that month that Thompson had been unfaithful to Kardashian since at least November with five different women.

While their relationship was in limbo for the following weeks, Us confirmed in May 2018 that Kardashian and Thompson were “fully back together” after the fallout of the scandal. However, as their relationship continued to make headlines and footage from the drama aired on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the Good American designer started to speak out about how Thompson’s infidelity affected her and their relationship.

Three months after the initial infidelity scandal aired on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Thompson was caught cheating again. In February 2019, news broke that Thompson kissed Kylie Jenner’s then-best friend Jordyn Woods at a party in Los Angeles. The twosome subsequently called it quits after nearly three years together.

“No one understands that I’m not just a TV show. Like, this is my life, and it, like, breaks my soul, and it’s happened so many times,” the Revenge Body host said through tears on KUWTK in June 2019.

One year after the Woods scandal, an insider told Us that Thompson and Kardashian were on better terms and “happily coparenting” True.

“There are no plans for them to get back together,” a source told Us in February 2020.

After the twosome opted to quarantine together amid the coronavirus pandemic later that year, speculation surfaced that Thompson and Kardashian were back on. The reunion rumors were fueled with she rocked a giant diamond ring at her 36th birthday party in June 2020. An insider told Us at the time that the duo were not engaged or officially back together.

Two months later, however, Us broke the news that the pair were giving their relationship another try, with an insider revealing that Kardashian felt “hopeful that Tristan has changed for good and will continue to grow and be the great and loyal partner that he has been” during the lockdown.

“Khloé would love to give daughter True a sibling because she is at the perfect age,” the source added in August 2020.

Ultimately, the athlete and the reality star hit another roadblock, calling it quits once again in June 2021. By the end of the year, news broke that Thompson was being sued for child support by Maralee Nichols, who claimed she was pregnant with his third baby. In December 2021, Us exclusively confirmed that Nichols welcomed a son.
