Others, like Eric Decker, have given up their days on the field, but not their affinity for the sport; Jessie James Decker says she and her husband watch the game religiously.
“We’re not really tied to any team because we love all the teams [Eric has] played for. So I feel like we just kind of root for everyone,” Jessie James exclusively told Us Weekly in January 2023. “The only negative thing is, like, I don’t ever feel passionate about really any team specifically. The Kittenish founder noted that it’s “absolutely” a blast to watch the games with her spouse, because he knows so much about football. “He’ll yell at the TV and be like, ‘What are you doing all over here?’ You know, he does know what’s going on,” she revealed. “But I’m so used to it at this point. I mean, it’s just a part of our lives and it always will be.”
There are also plenty of A-list women in the stadiums’ stands, such as Gisele Bündchen, who was married to former New England Patriots quarterback Brady from 2009 to 2022. The athlete played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for two years before briefly retiring in February 2022 — he returned for season 3 with the team that same year — and his then-wife was a stadium staple for decades.
