Disney’s Haunted Mansion is on the way and it already is looking pretty dang great. Firstly, they announced that Winona Ryder was going to star in the film and now, we get our first look at Jamie Lee Curtis as Madame Leota within a crystal ball from Entertainment Weekly and we are pretty frickin’ happy.
Haunted Mansion is based on the popular Disneyland attraction that gives you and your family a tour through a haunted house with tons of awesome special FX that range from holograms to smokes and mirrors. All in all, it is an amazing experience.
Perhaps one of the most exciting elements of Haunted Mansion is the Winona Ryder casting announcement. There is no word who Wyder will play just yet, but we can’t wait to share that news as soon as we get it in.
The synopsis for Haunted Mansion goes like this:
A woman and her son enlist a motley crew of so-called spiritual experts to help rid their home of supernatural squatters.
The film stars Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, Rosario Dawson, Danny DeVito, Jared Leto, Winona Ryder, Dan Levy, and Hasan Minhaj.
Disney’s Haunted Mansion arrives in theaters beginning July 28.
