Kings of Horror will be releasing award winning horror shorts, Mindful Meditation and Science of a Seance from filmmakers, Monica La Vella & Louie La Vella. Mindful Meditation won Best Horror at the New Creators Awards in Paris, France. Other accolades include Louie winning Best Director for Science of a Seance and Monica qualifying for Killer Shorts competition for her script. This new horror multi-hyphenate duo are going to be ones to watch for.
“We wanted to try shooting a couple shorts for fun with our iPhones so I wrote a handful of scripts and we picked two. After producing them we received great feedback and encouragement from family and friends to submit to film festivals, so we decided to give it a try.
