Leone chats the history of Art the Clown, serial killers, and more.
Director Damien Leone has a twisted mind, and that’s meant as a compliment. He’s the creator of one of horror’s nastiest figures, Art The Clown, afterall. After unleashing Art in his full bloody gory in Terrifier, Leone is back and bloodier than ever with the film’s upcoming sequel. Now, Art’s supernatural origins are confirmed, a new Final Girl emerges, and Art reveals the horrific tricks he has up his sleeve.
Dread Central spoke with Leone about his creepy namesake, the future of Art the Clown, Jack the Ripper, and more.
