Alongside the release date for the streaming platform, Peacock also revealed that they would be launching a new Downton Abbey channel that will run 24/7 for fans looking to catch up ahead of the film’s release.

All six seasons of the hit series, the first film, and the one-hour special The Manners of Downton Abbey, will be made available on the channel, and are also available to stream on Peacock for those looking to check out the series now.

Downton Abbey: A New Era sees the return of the critically acclaimed show’s main cast, including award winning actress Maggie Smith, Hugh Bonneville, Laura Carmichael, Michelle Dockery, Elizabeth McGovern, and more. The initial film followed a Royal Visit to the Crawley family and Downton staff from the King and Queen of England, and ended with a ball fitting for the Royal Family.

Joining the original cast in the sequel are new cast members Hugh Dancy (Elizabeth I), Laura Haddock (Guardians of the Galaxy), Nathalie Baye (The Young Lieutenant), and Dominic West (The Affair).
