Ahead of Halloween Ends‘ release on October 14, 2022, a brand new TV spot and images for the highly anticipated upcoming film have been revealed, teasing the end of a new trilogy.
The new TV spot for the film doesn’t show much new footage but does showcase much more of Michael Myers’ ferocity. The video shows Myers terrorizing a new batch of people while Jamie Lee Curtis’ Laurie Strode tries to hunt him down. In the new batch of images, Strode can be seen fighting with Myers, while other images show Myers stalking through a home — likely looking for his longtime nemesis.

Described as a more contained movie, Halloween Ends will once again be directed by David Gordon Green. Joining Curtis are returning stars Andi Matichak as Allyson Nelson, Kyle Richards as Lindsey Wallace, and Will Patton as Deputy Frank Hawkins.
Set in 2022, the story is expected to feature a four-year time jump after the events of the first two films. Green previously revealed that the threequel will most likely include some real-world events, such as the pandemic.
In 2018, the horror franchise was rebooted by Blumhouse with a direct sequel to John Carpenter’s 1978 film. It featured Curtis’ return as Laurie Strode 16 years after appearing in Rick Rosenthal’s Halloween: Resurrection. The 2018 Halloween film had earned positive reviews from critics and fans, with a worldwide gross of over $250 million. Because of this, the studio immediately ordered two sequels, Halloween Kills, and Halloween Ends.
