Have guitar, will travel! Black Label Society will hit the road in support of their Doom Crew Inc. album starting April 30 in San Diego, and they’ll be taking out two other impressive guitarists as Nita Strauss and Jared James Nichols will be part of the run.
The tour will span 17 dates in total, wrapping up across the country on May 21 in Inwood, West Virginia. See all of the dates, cities and venues listed below.
Strauss seemed psyched about the run, revealing via her Facebook page, “We will be hitting the road at the end of April in support of the almighty Black Label Society!!!! Can’t wait to share the stage with these titans of guitar Zakk Wylde Jared James Nichols… the blonde guitar brigade is coming!” Strauss will be part of the touring lineup from the opening dates April 30 through the May 17 show in Birmingham, Alabama.
Strauss is currently working toward a new solo album, having already topped the Active Rock chart with “Dead Inside,” her collaboration with Ddvid Draiman.
“I am beyond excited to announce this,” added Nichols in his own social post, revealing that Black Stone Cherry would be on select dates as well. “This tour will rule!” Black Stone Cherry, per the tour poster, will be part of the final two dates May 20 and 21 in Myrtle Beach and Inwood. Nichols’ most recent release was his 2021 Shadow Dancer EP, while Black Stone Cherry continue to support 2020’s The Human Condition.
