Father John Misty has shared another new single from his forthcoming fifth record. This one’s titled “Q4,” and Grant James directed its video. The visual is an extended opening credits sequence for a film. Take a look below.
Following his 2018 album God’s Favorite Customer and a pair of 2020 tracks, Josh Tillman announced his next Father John Misty album, Chloë and the Next 20th Century, at the beginning of January. He released “Funny Girl” as a single with the news, and the rest arrives on April 8 via Sub Pop.
Father John Misty will celebrate his album’s release with performances at the Rainbow Room in New York (presented by Rough Trade and Rockefeller Center). Tickets to the early show (6 p.m. Eastern) and the late show (8:45 p.m. Eastern) are available through Dice.
