Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2022: Marvel’s Series, ‘Cobra Kai’ &

The nominations for this year’s Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards are in as iCarly‘s Miranda Cosgrove and NFL star Rob Gronkowski gear up to host the 2022 ceremony set to take place Saturday, April 9.

The event set at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California will be filled with 1,000 epic slimings and dozens of pranks featuring fan-favorite stars from across film, television, music, and more. Along with airing on Nickelodeon, this year’s Kids’ Choice Awards will be simulcast on TeenNick, Nicktoons, and the Nick Jr. channel.

“The Kids’ Choice Awards is such a unique show with tons of energy, superstars and of course, lots of slime. Nickelodeon has always been my family and to co-host this iconic show alongside Gronk will be a blast!” Cosgrove said of taking on hosting duties.

Gronkowski echoed his co-host with his own statement, saying, “I’ve always been a kid at heart so co-hosting the slimiest award show of the year will be an extraordinary time for me. I’m looking forward to bringing the fun that I have on and off the field to kids at home!”

Leading this year’s TV nominations are High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, iCarly, and Cobra Kai with four nods each, and Marvel’s titles WandaVision, Loki, and Hawkeye also got some love.
