It was only a matter of time before Gwen Stefani released her own makeup range inspired by her famous red lips and killer brows. Gxve by Gwen Stefani (pronounced “give”) is indeed inspired by her love of the classics but has been formulated with high-performance colour payoff in mind. The range is highly edited with only a few red lip colours, four eyeshadow palettes (all in neutral shades), two brow pencil formulas, a black eyeliner pencil (dubbed “Spiderwebs,” of course) and a universal priming face oil, but we can only guess there’s more exciting drops to come. The whole line has earned Sephora’s certified clean label and based on the fact that it just about instantly sold out, we’d say so far it seems hella good.

The donna scent is a unique oriental-fruity number, with juicy top notes of kiwi and orange and an exotic woody trail filled with Indian jasmine and creamy Texan cedarwood. Uomo, on the other hand, has a decidedly sexier take on the golden hour with aromatic notes of lavender and clary sage combined with earthy hits of patchouli and smoky tobacco.
