Dean Norris (“Breaking Bad”) and Jessica Garza (“The Purge”) will star in the supernatural horror-comedy Dubbels, Deadline reports.
The ensemble also includes Zak Corrigan, Marié Botha (“The Penguin”), Jordan Mann, Steele Whitney, Jonathan Cruz, and Jessica Gibbon.
In the film, an environmental engineering firm led by Pete (Corrigan) is assigned to evaluate an abandoned ski resort built upon mountain springs. The mysterious landowner (Norris) and his captivating daughter (Botha) pressure the team to bend to their will.
Little do they know the springs are cursed, and Pete’s clairvoyant wife (Garza) endures a heroic journey to save husband and his team.
Writer-director Paul Marashlian makes his feature debut on the indie film, which recently wrapped production on location in the Catskill Mountains of New York.
Jersey Shore Shark Attack director John Shepphird produces alongside Andy Clark. Beatrice Sniper (Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor) handled the special effects makeup.
Dubbels is slated for completion in Spring 2026 to hit the festival circuit.
