Unexpected star Bryce Palmer has seemingly been raised by his Paw Paw and Nan, and his mother was never around. Yet, now his Nan, Sue, is defending his mom, Connie, and claiming that she was never absent. She has even brought along photographic evidence to prove her point. Nan Sue Debunks ‘Absentee’ Mom Rumors
There is a lot of tension in the Palmer household in the latest episodes of Unexpected. Bryce Palmer’s ex-girlfriend, Isabella Leal- Stone, was induced but did not tell him or his family. She felt that they were too much drama and was over their controlling ways. Yes, his Nan, Sue, was contacting her mother, Tasha, but Isabella believed that if Bryce wanted details, he would man up. His grandparents have been called out as enablers by Tasha, Isabella, and viewers. He was allegedly raised by them, but where was his mother, Connie? It appears that she was absent, but now, his Nan is clearing that up.
She took to social media to share a series of photos of Connie along with her kids. Sue posted pictures of a young Connie, but also emphasized a lot of Bryce when he was a young sportsman. In her caption, she wrote:
- Y’all wanna think she was absent…not.
One fan quickly jumped in and pointed out that it was Paw Paw and Nan Sue who stated that Connie was absent. They allegedly shared this information early on Unexpected, but Sue was quick to clear that up, as well. She clarified that they felt it was best that Bryce live with them rather than Connie, but that does not mean she wasn’t there. Sue added:
- But I said a lot of stuff on film that wasn’t shown on TV, so IDK. Thanks for watching
Another follower stated that they were raised by their grandparents, but their mom was very much present. So, it is interesting to hear this side of the story.
Do Viewers Really Believe What Nan Has To Say?
After Nan Sue shared her side of the story and revealed that Connie was around, did Unexpected viewers believe her? The Texas-based family has faced a lot of heat and scrutiny, so it is hard to truly know if what they are saying and posting is true or false:
- She may have been around some but I looks like she was more a big sister than parent. Showing up for family activities isn’t the same thing as doing the heavy lifting of parenting.
