The woman who fatally shoved 87-year-old Broadway vocal coach Barbara Gustern in New York pleaded guilty to a first-degree manslaughter charge. Pazienza, 27, will be sentenced to eight years in prison followed by five years of supervision after her release under the terms of the plea, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. The finding — and the federal ruling — both state that artwork created by AI can’t be copyrighted.
