Zayn Malik Superfan Reveals How They Manifested Role As His

A super fan of Zayn Malik says they manifested being his love interest in a music video!

Grace Dumdaw, who uses they/them pronouns, appeared in the former One Direction member’s music video for his new song Love Like This on Friday. After the music video premiere, though, they revealed this wasn’t just a stroke of luck — they manifested the opportunity years ago! In a TikTok video, the new track can be heard playing while text on the screen reads:

“pov you went from being a deranged fan girl at age 15 ….”

They then show some screenshots of Twitter posts from 2014 about how in love they were with the Pillow Talk singer! The tweets read:

“Our mere mortal eyes are unworthy of seeing the true glistening beauty of Zayn Malik”

“I WANT ZAYN MALIK TO SING ME INTO OBLIVION”

“If I ever meet someone as beautiful as Zayn Mailk I’d just break down crying”

“I would kill my family to touch Zayn Mailk”

A mega fan, for sure! And thankfully they didn’t have to kill anyone…

Continuing, the actor wrote next:

“…to being Zayn’s lead love interest in his MV & getting posted on his IG”

Wow!

The most impressive part, though, is probably what they wrote in the caption of the video. They didn’t even have to audition for the role! Zayn’s team reached out directly:

“fun fact, i didnt even audition for this. the directors had been keeping an eye on me & reached out directly. you never know who’s watching — dream big, work hard, & put yourself out there.”
