Kenneth Branagh returns as Hercule Poirot in the mega star-studded ensemble mystery A Haunting In Venice. Unlike the previous two installments of the franchise (Murder on the Orient Express and Death on the Nile), Poirot’s trip to Italy will take a stroll into the horror subgenre. Watch the first trailer below.

The latest Agatha Christie adaptation will feature Academy Award winner Michelle Yeoh (Everything Everywhere All At Once), Tiny Fey, Kelly Reilly (Yellowstone), Kyle Allen, Jude Hill and Jamie Dornan (Fifty Shades of Grey).

20th Century Fox’s A Haunting in Venice is set in post-World War II on All Hallow’s Eve in stunning Venice, Italy. And the trailer promises a full-blown horror affair.

In the film, “Now retired and living in self-imposed exile in the world’s most glamorous city, Poirot reluctantly attends a séance at a decaying, haunted palazzo. When one of the guests is murdered, the detective is thrust into a sinister world of shadows and secrets.”

A Haunting In Venice will creep into theaters on September 15th.
