Netflix Official Synopsis

“Anzu Murata, her mother and younger sister left their home 13 years ago when her mother was suspected of burning it down. Convinced that her ailing mother was wrongly accused, Anzu goes undercover to work as the housekeeper in her childhood home to gather evidence of her stepmother’s wrongdoing.”

Burn the House Down is directed by Yuichiro Hirakawa. It was adapted for the screen by Arisa Kaneko. The series is based on the manga series of the same name by Moyashi Fujisawa. It stars Mei Nagano, Asuka Kudô, Taishi Nakagawa, and Yuri Tsunematsu.

Most of Twitter is living for the twists and turns this series packs into almost every episode. Others found themselves binging it because it was too good to pause.
