Kate Bush has released a statement in remembrance of her late collaborator Robbie Coltrane. “I’m really grateful that he agreed to star in a video that we made some years ago,” Bush wrote, referring to the 2011 music video that she directed for the single “Deeper Understanding.” “It was incredibly exciting to watch him at work and to be in the presence of his deeply profound intelligence and earthy wit. Robbie Coltrane died on October 14 at the age of 72. He was best known for his portrayal of Rubeus Hagrid in the Harry Potter films.
