If Taylor Swift’s denim cutoffs and button-down got fans buzzing about a potential underlying meaning, it’s safe to say she’s suggesting a blank slate with her follow-up look: a white linen eyelet set from Polo Ralph Lauren that can be considered the most classic way to usher in summer — sartorially speaking, anyway. Swift’s cropped bustier, replete with a sweetheart neckline and boning to provide structure, bared just a sliver of skin between the matching A-line skirt, which boasted paisley swirls of eyelet toward the hem. The floaty co-ords give off a free-spirited, bohemian feel, which the musician left essentially untouched, opting for very minimal accessories.

Swift, 33, toted Mansur Gavriel’s leather M Frame Box Bag in Desert and slipped on Aeyde’s minimalist Nettie sandals. With the additions of Larkspur & Hawk’s blue Olivia Button Earrings, delicate gold stacking rings, a whisper-thin pendant necklace, and a chain-link bracelet, her outfit was complete for a trip to Electric Lady Studios in NYC’s Greenwich Village ahead of her MetLife Stadium Eras Tour concerts in New Jersey. Swift tied her bronde hair into a ponytail to leave full focus on her straight-across bangs, painting on a bright-red lip and flaunting a blue manicure that seemed like an intentional nod to the gemstones in her ears.

Swift is known for sending messages to her fans, both through her outfits and music, so there’s no shame in searching for some sort of revelation – especially following the announcement of a collaboration with Ice Spice and a new vault track on the “Midnights” deluxe album. When it comes to Swift’s stunts, it’s hard to predict what will happen next.
