Kelly Ripa had to miss some episodes of her and Mark’s talk show due to a painful surgery. Mark revealed that he would be missing his wife due to her having a gum graft. This was something her dentist told her she could do in five years. Well, she did not know that she would still be on the air five years later. She also has a high pain tolerance, but revealed this surgery hurt. Kelly was not allowed to talk after the surgery. So, she and Mark had to communicate through texts. However, she is doing better now.
She Reveals She Stole Something After Getting ‘Shamed’ For Not
Kelly Ripa has revealed that she stole something for the first time. She decided to do this after she was shamed for not stealing before at a dinner party with her friends.
“Some people were like, ‘Oh, in fifth grade, I stole a piece of Bazooka bubble gum from the convenience store.’ And then some people were like, ‘I stole herbs from the grocery store on the way over here,’ Like, these are established people! I had never stolen anything. And so then people made fun of me at the table. I was shamed for never having stolen anything.”
Kelly then revealed that she was spending time on a boat with her family when she forgot basil for her sandwich. She then saw an herb garden near the marina. So, she went and stole three basil leaves from the garden. Mark thinks that these were up for grabs. However, Kelly considered it stealing and sent a picture to her friends, letting them know that she had finally taken something that wasn’t hers.
It seems as though Kelly took three basil leaves from a garden. While this is not the craziest thing, she still considers it stealing. Mark revealed that it was more than likely up for grabs. However, she was able to send this to her friends and let them know that she finally took something that wasn’t hers. Fans were shocked to hear that her friends were making fun of her for never stealing.
