[Video Interview] Daemon Hillin Talks Producing ‘The Flood,’ Movies, &

master mentalism tricks

The new mystery horror film, Cobweb, is a movie that blends the elements of a haunted house and good storytelling, creating the right feel and tone for a horror film!

Director Samuel Bodin has no issue allowing for a soft build, forcing your mind to wander, trying to piece together the puzzle that is Cobweb. Actor Woody Norman is quite impressive with his take on his character Peter, a quiet child who is bullied at school, no friends, and parents who are often distant, and I could just tell something was way off with this family dynamic.

During my interview with Samuel Bodin and Woody Norman, we discuss their new spine-chilling horror movie that lingers in the darkest corner of the human mind. We speak about the filmmaking process, bullying, character development, and much more!

Cobweb is now exclusively in theaters.

Cobweb (2023) Official Trailer

SYNOPSIS: Eight-year-old Peter is plagued by a mysterious, constant tap, tap from inside his bedroom wall – a tapping that his parents insist is all in his imagination. As Peter’s fear intensifies, he believes that his parents (Lizzy Caplan and Antony Starr) could be hiding a terrible, dangerous secret and question their trust. And for a child, what could be more frightening than that? The film stars Lizzy Caplan (Mean Girls), Woody Norman (C’mon C’mon), Cleopatra Coleman (“The Last Man on Earth”), and Antony Starr (“The Boys”). The film was written by Chris Thomas Devlin (Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and directed by Samuel Bodin (“Marianne”). COBWEB is produced by Roy Lee (Barbarian), Andrew Childs (Salem’s Lot), Evan Goldberg (“Preacher”), Seth Rogen (“The Boys”), James Weaver (Joy Ride), and Josh Fagen (Good Boys). COBWEB exclusively in Theaters on July 21, 2023.
